Narrow Path Investigations is proud to offer comprehensive Drug-Free Workplace Training to help organizations meet Ohio BWC requirements for their Drug-Free Safety Program. Each course covers essential topics such as reasonable suspicion, substance abuse impacts, and employee responsibilities, with a certificate awarded upon completion.

Our comprehensive training covers DFSP requirements with topics in substance abuse impacts, employee responsibilities, and reasonable suspicion training. Ohio BWC requires employees to receive 1 hour of training annually to remain eligible for the program. New supervisors require a 2-hour initial course, followed by 1 hour of refresher training annually. It is recommended to start within 8 weeks of becoming a supervisor.

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation offers this program as an incentive to companies to create a safer work environment for their employees.
